What is GAPP

GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) is a Medicaid waiver program that provides skilled and unskilled in-home care services to children and young adults under the age of 21 years old with medical challenges. Services are designed to help children remain in a stable, supportive home environment instead of a facility or long-term care setting. THERE IS NO OUT OF POCKET COST to the family.
